Who is Melitelly for?
Beekeepers at any scale — from a first backyard hive to a 500+ colony pollination operation. Paid plans cover backyard operations, while Pro and Commercial include protocols, rearing analytics, traceability, and online storefronts.
What regions do you support?
Climate models are calibrated for four beekeeping corridors today: United States, Turkey / Black Sea, Argentina / Pampa, and Australia / Murray-Darling. Regional pricing is available in the US, Turkey, and Argentina today with more coming.
Does it work offline?
Mobile fieldwork is designed around local inspection drafts and syncing when a connection is available. The web app needs an internet connection.
What do I need to install?
Use the web app in any modern browser; no installation is required.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and your data carries forward. Downgrades never delete history; if the new tier has a lower hive limit, hives beyond the limit become read-only until you upgrade or remove them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from account settings — your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period and then stops. We do not refund partial months.
How do I pay?
Paid tiers can bill monthly or annually via Stripe in the currency shown on the pricing page. Card numbers are handled exclusively by Stripe; Melitelly never sees them.
Where is my data stored?
Google Cloud Firestore in the configured deployment region stores operational data, and Firebase provides authentication. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for processor details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export is available on every plan, so you can take your records with you if you leave Melitelly.
How can I evaluate a paid tier?
Paid tiers are available monthly or annually. If you want to evaluate Pro features before subscribing, email us and we will spin up a sandbox.
