Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Neuanth Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”), the company that provides Melitelly. They govern your use of Melitelly. By creating an account, using the Melitelly app, or subscribing to a paid plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Through Melitelly we provide beekeeping-management tools including a web application, a mobile app, and associated APIs. Features available to you depend on the subscription tier you select.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us atinfo@melitelly.com immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in a way that violates any law.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the service without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer the service beyond what mandatory law permits.
• Resell, rent, or sub-license access to the service without a written agreement.
• Use the service to send spam, harvest contact information, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are violating this section.

4. Subscriptions & payment

• Paid subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance via Stripe in the currency shown at checkout.
• Eligible paid plans use standard or regional pricing based on the billing country validated at checkout. A country selected before checkout is for display only; the validated billing address determines the final price.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial billing periods.
• If payment fails, we will retry according to Stripe’s standard schedule and notify you. If the issue is not resolved, your account may be downgraded to the free tier. Downgrades never delete your historical data, but some features (e.g., above the new tier’s hive limit) may become read-only.
• Taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated automatically where applicable. Displayed prices are exclusive of tax unless noted otherwise.
• Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect on your subscription.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into Melitelly — your inspections, photos, breeding records, orders, and operational notes (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you.

We do not use Your Content to train public AI models. See ourPrivacy Policy for details on processors and data handling.

6. Intellectual property

The Melitelly software, brand, documentation, and all derivative works are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the service except the limited right to use it under these Terms.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. We may change, add, or remove features; material reductions in functionality for paid tiers will be accompanied by notice.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination your access to the service ends; we will retain your data according to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The service provides decision-support tools, not veterinary or regulatory advice. Pest-pressure estimates, treatment suggestions, and climate-calibrated schedules are guidance; you remain responsible for your apiary’s wellbeing, for following local law, and for any treatment decisions you make.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we post the updated Terms on this page and update the version date above. Continued use after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
